This is an exciting opportunity to join their team as an Interim Head of People Operations, reporting directly to their Chief People Officer. You will lead a high-performing team of Business Partners and Advisors, driving transformation and growth through strategic HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ownership of key operational people processes, including performance management, payroll, progression, compensation cycles, and absence policies. A deep understanding of UK employment law and experience managing complex employee relations matters are essential.

As a seasoned HR professional, you will provide clear guidance to team members and line managers, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes. Your ability to manage relationships with external legal advisors will be invaluable in navigating complex ER matters.
