Ocean Import Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ocean Import Coordinator to join our team at WR Logistics. As a key member of our Ocean Imports team, you will be responsible for managing all ocean imports from start to finish, including calculating and negotiating ocean freight quotations, preparing shipping documentation, and working collaboratively with other departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calculating, negotiating, and preparing ocean freight quotations
  • Managing all ocean imports from start to finish
  • Preparing shipping documentation
  • Working collaboratively with other departments
  • Following up quotes
  • Developing relationships with clients and shipping lines
  • Managing accounts

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience within a freight forwarding company, 2+ years of Ocean Imports experience, and a high level of communication skills. You will also need to have knowledge of customs regulations and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Ocean Import Coordinator to join our team. If you have previous experience within a freight forwarding company, 2+ years of Ocean Imports experience, and a high level of communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
