They excel in deploying NetSuite ERP solutions, offering extensive support, and creating customized software integrations tailored to specific client requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Multiple NetSuite Deployments: Direct projects from inception to completion, ensuring that milestones and objectives are achieved.
- Client Interaction: Organize and facilitate client meetings, process demonstrations, and training sessions to promote successful implementation.
- Custom Solution Development: Collaborate closely with the technical team to design and implement bespoke solutions that cater to client business processes.
- Team Support: Guide and develop junior team members, contributing to their growth and helping the team meet its goals.
- Onsite Engagement: Occasionally travel to client locations across the UK to provide in-person support and execute projects, representing our client with professionalism.
Essential Qualifications:
- NetSuite Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with NetSuite implementations, configurations, and customizations.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in data migration, scripting, API development, and advanced Excel.
- Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly.
- Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies and devise effective solutions.
- Collaborative Spirit: Experience working effectively within a team and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
