Randstad Staffing is seeking a seasoned Senior Site Manager to oversee industrial schemes from initial groundworks to final handover. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in construction management, with a proven ability to motivate teams and ensure projects meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of industrial schemes, including site preparation, construction, and handover.
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in the construction industry, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
