Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Barista to join our team at EG Group. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering a fast and friendly service to our customers, preparing our beverages and products, and engaging with our customers to provide an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide a welcoming store environment
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
