The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operational delivery of key, externally funded projects.
As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to compliance standards.
You will also oversee resourcing, health and safety compliance, and performance tracking, identifying issues and mitigating risks to meet client needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard new contractors and identify new external delivery partners
- Develop and implement new business revenue streams
- Manage industry accreditations and ensure compliance
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Leadership experience and a strong track record in project management and contractor oversight
- Expertise in forecasting volume and cost
- Effective communication and organisational skills
