Children's Team Coordinator

Oaklea's Children and Young People's team is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our youth groups and promote young people's personal and social development.
About the Role:As a Youth Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of employees and volunteers to provide group support to children and young people across various settings. You will work closely with the team to develop and deliver programs that promote resilience, character, and life skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with young people and a proven track record of delivering successful youth programs. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the children and young people in your care and will work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate a team of employees and volunteers to deliver youth programs
- Develop and deliver programs that promote resilience, character, and life skills
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people in your care
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Enhanced DBS check
- Car driver
- Strong passion for working with young people
- Proven track record of delivering successful youth programs
