About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bus Driver Trainer to join our team at Realise. As a Bus Driver Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training programs to our learners, helping them to achieve their goals and become professional Bus Drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective training sessions to learners, utilizing a range of teaching methods to suit individual preferences.
- Manage a caseload of learners, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve all aspects of their apprenticeship, including end-point assessment.
- Collaborate with our team to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our learners and employers.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure the quality of our training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in bus driver training.
Requirements
- Significant experience in bus driving and training/mentoring.
- Valid CPC and PCV license.
- Experience in delivering training and assessment.
- Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (desirable).
- ICT literacy.
- Assessment qualification (TAQA Level 3/A1/D32/33) or teaching qualification (desirable).
