English Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher with a background in Drama to join our vibrant school in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity for an English Teacher who is eager to shape and educate young minds and prepare them for the future, while also having a passion for Drama.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in English and Drama.
  • Maintain a well-organized and considerate classroom environment.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with students, inspiring good behaviour and a passion for learning.
  • Cooperate with and support colleagues and additional classroom staff.
  • Accurately assess and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Comply with and implement the school's policies and take part in their supportive educational ethos.
Requirements:
  • Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
  • Recent mainstream school-based experience as an English and Drama Teacher.
  • A relevant English-related degree is desirable.
  • Experience with KS3-KS5 curriculum (from year 7 up to 6th form GCSE).
  • Must have experience with Drama 0.8 Curriculum.
