About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Portfolio Director to join our team at Leidos Innovations UK Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and development of our portfolio, working closely with our US colleagues and leveraging our existing IP and industry partnerships to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for portfolio growth and development, aligned with our company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality solutions and services to our customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our expertise and capabilities to deliver value to our customers.
  • Manage and optimize our portfolio to ensure alignment with our business objectives and maximize returns.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions and services.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in portfolio management, business development, and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of our industry and market trends, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals, with a strong focus on developing and retaining talent.
