Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Catering Operations Manager to lead our catering operations within healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day catering operations, ensuring high-quality food services are delivered to patients, staff, and visitors.
- Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of catering staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing support and development opportunities.
- Ensure all catering activities comply with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Develop and manage the catering budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in catering operations management within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to develop and implement menus that meet diverse dietary needs.
