Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Teaching Assistant to support the academic and social development of our students. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students who require additional help.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher: Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement lesson plans, providing support to students during classroom activities and transitions.
- Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Classroom Management: Supervise students during classroom transitions, recess, and other activities, maintaining a safe and organized learning environment.
- Support Educational Programs: Assist in the implementation of educational programs and activities, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting the implementation of educational programs and activities.
