Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present exceptional dishes within your designated section
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in crafting menu items, recipes, and developing innovative dishes
  • Maintain the highest standards and consistent quality in daily food preparation
  • Ensure all work areas are clean and organized, preventing any cross-contamination
  • Oversee and mentor junior kitchen staff
