What will you be RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Overseeing the quality assessment of incoming raw materials and packaging components.
  • Leading the technical validation of new raw materials in New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) initiatives.
  • Implementing Food Safety Culture programs with a specific emphasis on raw materials.
  • Collaborating closely with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure the supply of high-quality raw materials for production processes.
  • Challenging existing systems and identifying opportunities for enhancement in operations.
  • Conducting investigations into incidents, complaints, and non-conformances, ensuring resolution by the appropriate teams.
  • Maintaining and completing reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and trends related to raw materials.
  • Managing the site’s RSPO certification and audit processes.
  • Assisting the Supplier and Raw Material Audits as needed.

What QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS are required?

  • Certification in Level 3 Food Safety.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the food supply chain.
  • Preferred: Experience or qualifications in auditing.
