REQUIREMENTS ANALYST

ABOUT US

We are in search of skilled Requirements Analysts with a solid history in gathering requirements and facilitating the development/procurement of innovative services utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies. This role is essential in assisting our National Security clients in comprehending their stakeholders, gathering requirements, and shaping the services they provide to fulfill their objectives. Due to the sensitive nature of our clientele, an active eDV Security Clearance is required to begin.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REQUIREMENTS ANALYST

  • Extract client requirements effectively, ensuring that business and technological advantages are clearly articulated and quantified as results.
  • Employ consultancy and analytical strategies aligned with Business and Customer Objectives, identifying Benefits and managing dependencies while mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with the technical solution/development team to promote best practices and the creation of technical solutions for clients.
  • Assist account and project managers in securing new projects and delivering high-quality, assured outputs to clients.
  • Oversee risks and issues related to assignments, resolving them promptly to avoid impacting delivery timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in executing business analysis or consultancy projects within the National Security sector.
  • Familiarity with and practical experience in projects utilizing various delivery methodologies such as Agile, SaFE, Waterfall, etc.
  • Ability to integrate and work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams, both on-site and off-site, in client-facing roles.
  • Experience in bridging the gap between clients, stakeholders, and both technical and non-technical teams.
