About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Lead to join our team at La Fosse. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our future-facing product, working closely with our Head of Engineering to ensure pipelines and timescales are aligned to priority releases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 4 developers (2 seniors and 2 mid-levels) and coach them into reaching their full potential
  • Take responsibility for architectural decisions, making sure they align with best practices within the company
  • Develop and support the development of our future-facing product, working across new functionalities and enhancements
  • Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code in a fast-moving, start-up environment
  • Collaborate with the Head of Engineering to ensure pipelines and timescales are aligned to priority releases
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Software Development Lead with a strong background in full-stack development (C#,.NET and Angular) and experience leading on architectural and design decisions. You will have a proven track record of driving software development best practices within a small team and have a strong understanding of the energy trading market.

You will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver high-quality results. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
