Internal Account Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our sales team at Glu Recruit LTD. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal account managers
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in customer order processing
  • Collaborate with the operations team to deliver products to customers
  • Generate customer quotes and assist with sales enquiries
  • Support market research and data trend analysis
  • Assist the Sales Director in reporting monthly KPIs
  • Support marketing activity and customer visits
  • Liaise with the Quality team to ensure customer documentation is available
  • Arrange meetings and events/shows to support the sales team
Requirements:
  • A-Level or equivalent education
  • Experience in sales or sales support roles (desirable)
  • Excellent working proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good working knowledge of common Office software
  • Organized and able to work to strict deadlines
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to form positive relationships
