Job Overview

Architecture Social is seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join our team in South East London. As a key member of our residential practice, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring project excellence and delivering bespoke high-end residential projects.
  • Drive business development initiatives to secure new opportunities and expand our portfolio in the private residential sector.
  • Support the day-to-day management of the practice, working closely with our Directors to achieve business goals.
  • Inspire and mentor a talented team of architects and designers, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • ARB registered with between 5-10 years post Part III qualification experience.
  • Proven business development experience within the residential sector, with a strong network of clients and contacts within the London property market.
  • Confident leading teams, delivering projects, and making critical decisions.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, developing briefs and leading client meetings.
  • Experience in practice management, including fees, budgets, project resourcing, risk management, and recruitment.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit desirable but not essential.
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK.
