This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing team within the Nuclear and Infrastructure division, working for a business that prides itself on delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for critical infrastructure projects.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with a team to achieve successful commercial outcomes on key nuclear and defense projects
  • Managing commercial aspects from contract award to completion and final account
  • Coordinating variations and changes with clients
  • Developing relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure profitable outcomes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a QS or Assistant QS
  • Construction industry experience in a commercial role
  • Knowledge of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence
  • An understanding of fabrication processes is desirable
  • Experience in managing and delivering variations while maintaining relationships
