About the Role
Bromford Careers is seeking a dedicated and skilled Multi Skilled Operative to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and plastering.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert-level work in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and to the highest standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence and be willing to travel to various locations as required.
Requirements
- Expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- An enhanced DBS check and the right to work in the UK are required for this role.
