About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Kitchen Team Leader Apprentice. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring that every dish served meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
  • Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during busy services

About the Apprenticeship

You will be working towards a Senior Production Chef Level 3 Apprenticeship Qualification over the course of 15 months. This will include a mixture of face-to-face and remote training, reviews every 12 weeks, and the opportunity to gain Functional Skills in English and maths.
