Job Summary

This is a part-time position that will work closely with the Game Management Supervisor to ensure the success of home game day events for USU Eastern Athletics. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including setup and cleanup, ticket taking, concessions, and general support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of game day events
  • Provide excellent customer service to attendees
  • Operate a cash register and handle transactions
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth event
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Game Management Supervisor
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Dependable and responsible with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service or event operations role
  • Knowledge of game day operations and procedures
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Conditions

This position requires moderate physical activity and may involve exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, and loud noises.
