In addition to a secure and adaptable work environment, we offer a range of excellent benefits that contribute to making Tesco a desirable workplace. These benefits include:

Coverage of your annual GPhC fee. 28 days of holiday (including public holidays) plus a personal day. Potential savings of up to £1500 annually on most Tesco purchases. An annual bonus of up to 20% of your salary. A contributory pension scheme. Competitive maternity, paternity, and adoption leave policies. A pharmacy training program exclusive to Tesco, in collaboration with Diabetes UK, Cancer Research UK, and the British Heart Foundation. A structured leadership training plan for pharmacy professionals, developed by industry experts. Attractive colleague discounts for everyday purchases. Support for those requiring assistance with the application process for the new UK health and social care visa. More information about employee benefits is available upon request.
