Nail Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Therapist to join our team at Katielou's Nail Bar. As a Brand Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

• Deliver high-quality services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to clients, increasing sales and revenue.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry, ensuring you are always providing the best possible service.
• Manage client bookings and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain a high level of service.

• Valid license or certification in the beauty industry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of products and techniques used in the industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
