Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR support to our team, including answering queries and resolving issues.
- Maintain and update our HR system, including running key reports and tracking payroll changes.
- Advise on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Support recruitment activities and administrative tasks related to annual reviews and salary letters.
- Strong knowledge of HR Management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of HR policies and employment legislation.
- Experience supporting managers with HR policies and procedures.
- CIPD Level 3.
- Previous HR administration experience.
