We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef De Partie to join our esteemed client, a thriving 8-bedroom Country Inn renowned for its exceptional restaurant and bar.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and owners in developing innovative menus featuring traditional pub favorites and seasonal dishes.
  • Ensure guests receive outstanding service and a memorable culinary experience from start to finish.
  • Prepare dishes efficiently and cost-effectively, utilizing proven preparation methods and incorporating pre-prepared or frozen products where appropriate.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering food stock, adhering to budget constraints and ensuring value for money.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen environment.
  • Stay abreast of culinary trends and advancements in kitchen practices.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, including HACCP and food safety standards, demonstrating a thorough understanding of allergens and food intolerances.
