PPA Cover Educator

Location: Barnoldswick (BB18).

Compensation: £120 - £150 per day

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 15:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver and oversee a variety of lessons across the school (KS1 and KS2).

- Design and implement engaging educational activities, adhering to the National Curriculum.

- Collaborate effectively with the Class Teacher and Teaching Assistants throughout the institution.

- Foster positive relationships with students and staff members.

- Ensure continuity of high-quality education during the teacher's absence.

- Exhibit dedication, organization, and a commitment to enhancing educational standards.

- Demonstrate proficient behavior management techniques.

- Create a supportive and stimulating learning atmosphere.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.

- ECT and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or HLTA qualification.

- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

- Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service.

- Experience in supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
