Essentially, a Customer Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring that students feel welcomed and at home. This may involve guiding prospective residents and their families through our facilities or assisting a student in locating a missing package. You might also need to submit maintenance requests or address health and safety concerns. Organizing social events or managing complaints and payment issues with empathy and patience could also be part of your responsibilities. Each day presents new challenges, but you will be part of an iQ community that supports one another.
