We are seeking a skilled Fragrance Specialist to join our team in Luton. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving retail sales targets, strengthening customer loyalty, and maximizing new launches and events through targeted customer communication.

Key Responsibilities and Standards:

  1. Provide Excellent Customer Service

As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be expected to provide prompt, polite, and efficient service at all times. You will adhere to the Tom Ford Beauty service standards and communicate and demonstrate product expertise with every customer.

Personal Grooming:

You will be required to maintain a high standard of personal grooming as required by Tom Ford Beauty. You will wear the Tom Ford Beauty uniform and maintain it in a clean and professional condition. A bold Tom Ford Beauty look is expected, and you will wear only Tom Ford Beauty products during working hours unless otherwise specified.

Work Effectively as Part of a Team:

You will be expected to help colleagues and promote team efficiency by being flexible and taking on tasks as required. You will communicate information to the Account Coordinator and colleagues as needed and maintain high standards of time-keeping on the counter to ensure team efficiency.

Maintain Housekeeping Standards:

You will be responsible for cleaning counters, tester stands, and displays regularly to maintain the Tom Ford Beauty brand image. You will merchandise the counter according to brand guidelines and adhere to brand hygiene standards and correct utilization of all selling/demonstration tools.

Complete Administration:

You will be expected to complete all administration accurately, legibly, and on time, including personal retail sales reporting and any other specific administration that is required by the AC.

Other Tasks:

You will be required to carry out any other duties as may be required to support the Counter/Business Manager, the Account Coordinator, and/or the Company from time to time.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with previous retail industry/guest services experience, preferably within beauty. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. You will also be required to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment. Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
