Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to enhance our technical team. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling, maintaining, and overseeing our Infrastructure and Cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on Security.

This position is ideal for individuals who wish to collaborate closely with decision-makers and stakeholders to propose enhancements and innovative solutions, as there is a significant investment and focus on the IT landscape.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, maintain, and optimize our core IT infrastructure to ensure exceptional availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Lead infrastructure projects from conception to execution, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
  • Implement and oversee cloud infrastructure, particularly within Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
  • Establish and uphold robust security protocols and practices.
  • Manage and enhance network infrastructure, including Firewalls, Switches, and Routers, to ensure secure and efficient operations.
  • Act as a technical consultant to key stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for all systems, processes, and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining Servers, storage, and virtual environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, including deployments, migrations, and management.
  • A comprehensive understanding of security best practices, including network security, endpoint protection, and identity management.
  • Solid experience in managing network infrastructure (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, VPN, VLANs).
  • Proven ability to lead infrastructure projects from inception to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting ideas and solutions clearly and confidently.
