Canvendor is seeking a highly experienced Oracle Apps DBA Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Oracle Applications R12.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oracle Applications R12 Expertise: Highly experienced in the implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, migration, and upgradation of Oracle Applications R12.
  2. Database Administration: 8+ years of experience on Oracle Database and Application Cloning, Patching, Installation, and configuration, RMAN Backup & Recovery, DR Configuration, Data Guard with extensive large sizes of database.
  3. Oracle Apps DBA: Strong experience working as an Oracle Applications DBA in 12.x versions. Solid understanding of the product architecture and ability to analyze and solve issues across multiple layers of the stack.
  4. Technical Evaluation and Advice: Perform database tool and technology evaluation, provide advice and guidance on technical matters.
  5. Middleware Management: Experience in installation and managing middleware components like Oracle WebLogic server, OID, IDCS, etc.
  6. Oracle EBS R12 Management: 8+ years of experience in managing Oracle EBS R12 with Oracle OAM/OID/SSO/IDCS.
  7. Cloud Platform Experience: Experience in working with Oracle Applications & Databases running on Oracle Cloud platform and Oracle DBCS.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Database and Application administration

• Strong understanding of Oracle Applications R12 and its architecture

• Experience in database cloning, patching, installation, and configuration

• Knowledge of RMAN Backup & Recovery, DR Configuration, and Data Guard

• Experience in managing middleware components like Oracle WebLogic server, OID, IDCS, etc.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and technical writing skills
