We are seeking a skilled Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join our team at a reputable company in Burton. With over 130 years of experience, this company is the UK's largest stockholder of steel sections, delivering products nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with a team of loaders to handle steel and timber pallets using a FLT.
- Load steel and timber pallets onto racking using a FLT.
- Remove steel and timber pallets from the rack and place them on artic lorries using a FLT.
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and safely operate the FLT.
- Valid and in-date FLT counterbalance licence.
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar environment.
- Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate good attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
- Monday to Friday.
- 7am to 4:30pm.
