About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Designer to join our team in the North Shields Showroom. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Inspiring customers with creative kitchen and bedroom designs that convert into sales
  • Promoting additional products and services, including financial options and installation
  • Following up on customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Ensuring customers enjoy a world-class journey from start to finish
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date order bank, keeping in touch with each and every customer

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person, you must ensure that you have read, understood, and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

We're looking for someone with a creative mindset, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and a target-driven approach. Previous experience working to sales targets in a retail environment is desirable, but not essential.
