Job Overview
At Sina Health Centre, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our clinical support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism within the team and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Deputy Practice Manager in coordinating the schedules of GPs and clinical staff
• Book locum GPs as required by the Deputy Practice Manager
• Maintain accurate records and ensure that practice policies are followed
• Manage rotas, availability, and changes for administrative staff
• Utilize paper and electronic workflow systems to streamline processes
• Attend meetings with the Deputy Practice Manager as necessary
• Provide induction and training for new reception staff
• Ensure that communication systems are running smoothly and that reception staff are informed of changes and procedures
• Report IT and maintenance issues to the relevant authorities

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of practice policies and procedures, as well as experience in managing administrative tasks and staff.
