About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team at The Bath Priory. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments and providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of treatments, including massage, facials, and nail treatments, to the highest standard.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure that all treatments are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest treatments and techniques.
Requirements
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 standard or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
