About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and resilient individual to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. As a key member of our community care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.

With full training and clinical support, you will develop and enhance your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide tailored care and support to enhance their quality of life.
