Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage a program of company-hosted events, from inception to follow-up.
  • Attend company-hosted events to ensure smooth execution and represent the firm.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Distribution to prepare various materials to support marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in technical and team functions to maintain up-to-date client and internal proposition forms and documentation.
  • Execute marketing campaigns via the website, Google ads, and social media channels.
  • Keep the website up-to-date, publish new content, and ensure SEO objectives are met.
  • Manage social media channels, scheduling and monitoring content, and tracking engagement activity.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including template creation, data management, and campaign execution.
  • Provide monthly reports to the Director of Marketing & Distribution.
  • Comply with Health & Safety Guidelines and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Ability to think creatively and generate new marketing campaigns.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to research and understand the latest marketing trends.
  • Highly organized, with excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language and communication skills.
  • Professional attitude, hardworking, and team player.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage competing demands and flexibility.
  • Sound working knowledge of various applications, including WordPress, Hubspot, SEO platform, and Adobe packages.
  • Practical knowledge of LinkedIn and GDPR requirements.
  • Car owner/driving license is essential.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' relevant marketing experience, ideally within a professional services firm.
  • Preferably educated to a degree level in business or marketing-related areas or CIM qualification.
