At Brown & Brown Europe, we are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our team in Ipswich, Suffolk.
The role of the Account Handler is a critical sales and advisory position that involves offering and renewing contracts of insurance to clients within our business division.
As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for delivering effective, quality advice and efficient customer service, combined with a commitment to your professional development.
You will provide administrative support and service clients for designated Account Executives or Small Business Units, handling quotations, new business, mid-term amendments, and renewals.
Additionally, you will ensure that any formal complaints or potential formal complaints are referred immediately to the Compliance Officer or a Director.
You will also assist the claims department in respect of cover operative and other technical matters, and liaise with the claims department as required to verify loss experience at each renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments of insurance policies
- Effective planning, administration, and organisational skills
