Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a 3rd line Unified Communications Engineer and be skilled in delivering, implementing and supporting Microsoft Exchange, both Online and On Premise.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the engineering and architecture disciplines by utilising knowledge to plan, build, deploy and support new and existing UC technologies.
  • Collaborating with other teams to proactively monitor system performance, addressing and resolving any issues.
  • Ensuring service availability is maintained and improved, leading to an enhanced user experience.
  • Contributing to planning discussions on IT investments, ensuring solutions and systems are delivered in line with Information Security and Governance requirements.

This role is eligible for our hybrid working from home policy.

Requirements include:

  • Experience working as a 3rd line Unified Communications Engineer.
  • Skilled in delivering, implementing and supporting Microsoft Exchange, both Online and On Premise.
  • Skilled in supporting Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience of strategic planning and decision making to align IT with business objectives.
  • Ability to understand and deliver tasks and projects to our business standards.
  • Ability to work to deadlines with a pragmatic approach to administration, governance and risk.
  • Participating in product evaluations, system testing and product lifecycle management.
