Key Responsibilities- Work as part of your House team to create a vibrant, exciting, and sociable place of work, encouraging and supporting your colleagues when required.
- Demonstrate unparalleled hospitality by delivering regular customers with a warm, positive, and welcoming atmosphere in the house.
- Work with coffee and food reflecting the diverse offering of our business, maintaining brand standards at high volume production by following and adapting recipes to ensure consistency of high-quality beverages.
- Help keep the house looking sharp, clean, tidy, and organized, with attention to detail being key.
- Serve the best quality coffee in London, requiring a high skill level, attention to detail, and speed of service.
- Previous coffee experience within a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.
- Proven track records in hospitality, punctuality, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
- A great team player who can work alongside a brilliant barista team.
- A wonderful team of people to work with.
