We're seeking a Paid Social Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develops account strategy in partnership with clients and senior management, ensuring the execution of strategy and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Ensures the operational success of accounts, guaranteeing deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  3. Plans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with account directors to drive business growth.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in managing and planning paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
  2. Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across various paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  3. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  5. Proven track record of delivering successful paid social campaigns and achieving key performance metrics.
  6. Desired experience with marketing partners, such as Sprinklr and Flashtalking.
