We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team at Randstad. As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of civils projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of site engineers and technicians to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including setting out, programming, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in heavy civils, highways, earth moving, temporary works, drainage, roads, and culverts.
  • Strong knowledge of setting out using a fully robotic total station and experience in issuing permits.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of engineers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • SMSTS and CSCS certifications.
