Morgan Jones is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support across the organisation. As the HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, advising and supporting managers in HR meetings and employee relations, handling investigations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures, and providing generalist HR advice and support across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the recruitment process, including on and offboarding employees.
- Advise and support managers in HR meetings and employee relations.
- Handle investigations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Provide generalist HR advice and support across the organisation.
- Proven experience as an HR generalist, with a strong focus on investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ideal CIPD Level 5 qualification, but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Competitive salary up to £35,000.
