Job Description

Our customer is a leading international medical technology company specializing in the development of devices that are less invasive for patients. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to promote their Vascular portfolio by providing hands-on clinical support and education to doctors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service to clinical customers and non-clinical customers
  • Provide technical product training to both clinical customers and the team on the use of the company's medical devices as required
  • Provide the Sales Manager, DPSM, and Account Specialist with information on developments and trends within the product portfolio
  • Provide market intelligence and other appropriate feedback to the division personnel promptly
  • Seek and evaluate new product ideas, providing adequate information to the Sales Manager, and Account Manager, and facilitating ongoing communication
  • Participation in relevant local and international exhibitions, meetings, and lectures forwarding relevant information to the divisional team
  • Relevant experience in clinical support is desirable
  • Ability to interpret clinical data
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Language Skills – good written and verbal command of English and other relevant languages
  • Excellent Networking skills
  • Availability and willingness to travel extensively on Company business. Average weekly travel is 3 to 4 overnights per week
  • Current driving license
