About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our dynamic construction team in the Leicestershire region. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing all pre and post-contract strategies, commercial functions, and contract reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own project commercial strategies, managing subcontract packages effectively.
- Maximize project cash flow through strategic management of subcontract packages.
- Contribute to project procurement strategies, including issuing tender enquiries, reconciling packages, and producing subcontract orders.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lead to finalize main and subcontract accounts.
