Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Non-Functional Test Engineers with a strong background in Performance Testing to contribute to our ongoing projects. The role involves engaging in various aspects of Non-Functional Testing, including API, Front End, and UI performance assessments for our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in multiple performance testing initiatives, focusing on API, Front End, and UI performance.
- Collaborate with clients to gather performance testing requirements and review Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
- Develop and execute performance test scripts.
- Report on performance testing outcomes to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate any performance test failures in relation to NFRs.
- Conduct performance testing on Azure infrastructure.
- Perform detailed analysis of performance test results.
- Ensure clarity and testability of NFRs through thorough analysis.
- Timely communication of issues or risks to relevant stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a performance tester or engineer.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in developing, executing, and maintaining performance test scripts, preferably using tools like Gatling, JMeter, or LoadRunner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in collaborating with client teams or third-party vendors.
- Familiarity with other areas of Non-Functional Testing, such as Accessibility, Compatibility, and Usability, is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members and clients.
