Job Title: Supervisor/Site Manager

Altrad Babcock is a leading provider of products and services to the energy, industrial, and petrochemical sectors. We are seeking an experienced Supervisor/Site Manager to join our team in Cumbria, delivering a major project at Sellafield.

About the Role

As a Supervisor/Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of construction work on site, coordinating and overseeing skilled tradespeople to ensure work is conducted within established safety, quality, schedule, and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities on site
  • Oversee skilled tradespeople to ensure work is completed to quality and safety standards
  • Monitor and control costs, schedules, and resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Time-served apprenticeship or NVQ level 2/C&G
  • Knowledge and application of construction methodologies, procedures, and process delivery in a safe manner to quality, cost, and schedule
  • ECITB SMTDS/NVQ Level 3 or 4 ACE
  • Experience in a nuclear construction supervisory role
  • Management of functional and dispersed teams
  • Client and people management skills
  • Management of 5-15 people
