**Job Description:**
Key Responsibilities:- **Teaching and Assessment:** Design and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of learners, ensuring all students receive a comprehensive education in Plastering.
- **Practical Instruction:** Liaise with learners and industry partners to plan and execute practical learning days, ensuring safety and educational value.
- **Student Support:** Monitor and assess learner progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Engage in professional development to stay current with industry standards and educational best practices.
- **Compliance:** Adhere to health and safety regulations and safeguarding requirements, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- **Enrichment Activities:** Participate in the college's enrichment programs and support the planning of educational trips and visits.
- **Minimum Level 3 qualification in Plastering**
- **A1 Assessor Award or willingness to work towards**
- **Teaching qualification (DTLLs, PGCE, or equivalent) Level 4 - desirable**
- **Experience in delivering high-quality learning experiences and managing a diverse range of learners**
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**
- **Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently**
- **Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners**
