**Job Description:**

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Teaching and Assessment:** Design and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of learners, ensuring all students receive a comprehensive education in Plastering.
  • **Practical Instruction:** Liaise with learners and industry partners to plan and execute practical learning days, ensuring safety and educational value.
  • **Student Support:** Monitor and assess learner progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • **Experience in delivering high-quality learning experiences and managing a diverse range of learners**
