Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to work on our production machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Carry out predictive maintenance activities, such as condition monitoring and vibration analysis, to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Repair and replace faulty equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

Requirements

  • Multi-skilled maintenance engineer with experience in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Strong understanding of predictive maintenance techniques and condition monitoring.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
