Experienced Social Worker Opportunities

HCRG Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced social workers to join our team in Bedford.
We are currently recruiting for a variety of roles within Children's Services and Adult Services, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Children's Services Roles:
- Children with Disabilities Teams: These teams provide support to children with disabilities and their families. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of children in need, child protection cases, Children Looked After (CLA), and those involved in court proceedings.
- Assessment Team: This team focuses on completing assessments for various situations, including Special Guardianship Orders (SGOs), Connected Person Assessments, and Foster Carer Assessments.
- Family Support Teams: These teams provide support to families facing a range of challenges. You will be responsible for working with families to develop plans to address their needs and ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Adult Services Roles:
- Contact Team: This team provides a front door service for adults requiring social care support. You will be responsible for assessing needs, providing information and advice, and connecting individuals with appropriate services.
Essential Requirements:
- Relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., BSc/MSc in Social Work)
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Proven experience working within a relevant social work setting
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
